I'm looking to go to my first club tonight and have chosen and all ladies night to make it easier. Problem is I have to drive there and can't drink to ease my nerves. I'm worried that I won't be able to get into the "swing" of things and will spoil my time. Any tips for me pls? X |

My first time at a club, I didn't drink either. However, people I knew were going to be there ,so felt a bit more relaxed.
If you find the area where most seem to be socialising, it may be a starting point. Most people are welcoming of others and conversations can be started easily. Relax and be yourself, try not to hide in the corner, speaking to others will make it feel less intimidating |

Relax and socialise, talk to people and make new friends. Anything else should be a bonus. Don't put pressure on yourself to get into the "swing" of things. Just go with the flow and what will be will be. Xx |

There's not much advice to give here specific to swinging - just general guides to boosting your confidence in speaking to new people.
Except the old "imagine them naked" advice is sorta redundant |
