I have a friend recently joined fab but she needs her site verifying but didn't have a laptop she she do it still on her phone?

I'm not really sure what you mean. You want to verify her profile and can you do it on your phone? Yes I think is the answer, provided you're verified. I suspect you may have to use the desktop version but try that.
