Hi it could be many things that is causing the crash although I would guess it a computer problem not a FAB problem
You could see if it's the file size that causing a problem try and make the file size smaller , most modern digi cams take very high resolution pics and the file sizes can be huge
You could always try using a different web browser Firefox is a good one to try
