My friend just signed up for a few dating sites. She is 47 , but looks and feels like she is 35. She finds her age to be the problem. All the guys that contact her are much younger and attractive. The guys that are the right age are not attractive enough for her. She is very skeptical about online dating because on these websites. The men are telling her she is the most beautiful woman on earth , but when she goes out in public maybe 1-2 guys approach her. So please help me give her advice, ladies of fab. I'm sure a few of you are in the same boat.

I can't I'm afraid as it all depends on where you live and mens attitudes.
Up here....it's shite so I have been out of the dating game for over ten years, if she is 47 I'm sure she'll know what the bullshit is all about...don't worry too much about her, just be an ear for her to rant at, at times  |

You take it with a very heavy pinch of salt, you DON'T let it go to your head, and you DON'T start believing that you are god's gift to males and couples and that you are fully entitled to treat them like shit whilst demanding they lick your feet!!
What you DO do is take a good look in the mirror, see what you ACTUALLY look like, look at your bad points AND your good points and have confidence in your good points whilst accepting your bad points!
You then go online and 'be nice' - which doesn't meet you have to meet people who don't sexually interest you - but neither do you have to make them feel bad for daring to approach you!
I think that about covers it! |

Thank you all for the advice. I know swinging is different from dating. But I was shocked it would be so hard for an attractive female to find a decent date. She is in NYC btw |
