Look for established groups or pairs of guys that work well together... Also the more experienced guys for group play tend to be more likely to turn up.
Have someone there to watch out for you... Means you can just relax and enjoy then... As someone will check that they are being safe and respecting your wants...

I have helped organise the odd one or two.
As others have said, invite more than you require as many will be fantasists. Even if they all turn up....you wanted a GB!
Have someone around to help look after you....someone you can trust. Someone to ensure condoms are used, that you are not being taken out of your comfort zone. Perhaps someone to attend the door, as they will not always turn up together and may turn up after you have started playing.
Never give oral to completion! Many men will not be able to get hard again. At one event the girl did this to warm the guys up, but out of 10 only about three were able to perform after. Not quite the gb she envisaged!

Myself and a male friend organised a gangbang in a walsall hotel a few weeks ago - got confirmation from the guys that they would turn up - all we said was we'd message them on the night with a hotel room number as we made sure we had their mobile numbers case it was cancelled but mainly to send them the details. We sent them the details and not one turned up (their loss)
hasn't put me off organising another but as already said just be prepared for no shows |

After arranging a second gangbang for yesterday out of 7 guys only 1 turned up albeit a bit later than said. I just can't understand why guys say they will turn up then suddenly change their minds. |

All the above plus one other thing there are groups of men out there who specialize in this .
By that I mean six or seven men who share a profile and are verified as a group I spotted this on another site |

Theres too many time wasters and dreamers. Been to a few gangbangs now and not all turn up. Which is a shame as this cheeses of the hosts. Then some who do turn up have problems performing in front of others lol. Come guys pull your self together! |

Any swinger event is sooooo difficult to organise, in my experience, it's either to few or too many, so hard to get the balance right, but we are still trying....  |

We'll get urself a good male partner who u can trust to b there in case of trouble but did not think u would have trouble getting a bunch of guys . Make sure d guys u get r not shy cos I've heard of guys that won't get naked in front of another guy good luck n enjoy urself |

I've organised a few and can only go along with everyone else invite more then you need as most don't turn up and I've had all the excuses guys forgetting there going on holidays,being called in to work, no shows so don't bother holding them now |

I like 3 sums but any more more sums not for me but d ladies probably enjoy it . When a guy is involved in a more sum u can get in one another's way n it can b arkward for guys but a 3 sum each guy has a spot to play with lol |
