I use a wet finger. It does the job. Don't go shooting loads of water into your colon,it will keep coming out and won't be clean. You can use a bottle with water wash yourself out with but a finger works fine for me. |

depends on what your doing but if your expecting the works then i would be very freshly showered and shaved. Some guys do the enema thing to clean up a bit internally and seriusly trimmed/shaved bits and arse is very good. just grooming basically! |

I use a shower enema (a special attachment goes on the shower), very carefully, it works perfectly  but a normal enema works just as well.

Now that may make you clean but it has been proved not to be hygenic.
Enemas may cause trauma to the rectum which can increase the risk for HIV and other STD’s.
In a similar manner douching can actually increase your risk of getting STIs as it removes some of the normal bacteria in the vagina that protect you from infection.
In addition any surgical hospital will tell you that shaving or waxing can cause irritation and micro-trauma to your skin that increases your risk of contracting a viral infection including STIs. |

It works perfectly for me, I've never had any issues, just use it like you would any enema A cock goes in further than a finger so I would hate to find I'd missed anything by just using my finger  But then I over worry about these things. |

It wouldn't just be the top
I've not used bottles - I don't drink the stuff.
Whatever you do, I'd not wait for the first meet before preparing - I'd experiment in advance, so that I'd not be under pressure, or struggling to get it 'right'.
Remember to use lube both for cleansing and play. And consider employing the service of a dildo or someone with a strap-on first, so that you gain experience that way too, including muscle memory.
Overall, the points about over cleanliness, such as shaving and the downsides of anal douching above are valid. |
