Our picture of a nurse shark was accepted then declined with the comment 'does not appear to be of the poster!' think that was rather obvious lol and anyone who thought we might be doing kinky things with it should surely think again.

1. The photo must be of you or your partner (you must have permission from your partner). Uploading web porn will get you banned.

2. Everyone on the photos must have been aged 18+ at time they were taken. Anyone uploading pics of under 18's will be reported.

3. It's OK to have other people in the photo too as long as they can't be identified.

4. The photo can't have another site's watermark on it.

I've often wondered how that works ... I've seen profiles with nothing else but torso, boob, arse and cock pics.

No way can they be traced back to their rightful owners

I don't make the rules, I just pasted them, so it is Admin you need to tell it is crap.

I am very surprised that your pic didn't get taken off a mans profile though, I would say to anyone who's pics slip through the net, if you don't see it removed, report again.

You can not post pics with animals or pets in them.

You can also not post pics of cartoon characters, loads of shoes, knickers etc their must be a person in the picture.

Remember this is a swinging site an not Flickr, uploading pointless pictures uses up hard disk space and also costly bandwidth when people start to view those pics.

On the point of other people in pics, you cannot show other peoples faces they must be covered/blurred etc..

Things like this should be reported to Admin.

Face pics can ONLY be of the owner of that profile.

No, because you must be in the photo with the "other people" as the word "too" is used in Rule 3.

I appreciate it is my own personal opinion.... however, I just think it would be much easier if there was no rule 3. But then again may be that's because I don't like photos where the profile owner only has a hand or penis in the shot, yet there's a full body of someone else.

Rule 1 states you must have permission to post a photo of your partner... yet I have lost count of the amount of single guys who have a photo of them (or more to the point 'a cock') clearly barebacking some woman and when asked they claim "it's my ex".... I doubt they have permission to use the photo, but they get around it with rule 3.

Agreed and I also think that there is no way of checking if the folk that upload the pics (with others in them) have the permission of the other people to use them on their profile whether or not they can be identified.

An old member on here had previously used a picture with me and someone else in it (along with their partner at the time) and I was never asked permission for it to be used on their profile. Rule 3 did let them keep it there though!

So I would agree that Rule 3 shouldn't be there, but it is.

Back of Beyond

As with all things you will find moderators have different levels of what is acceptable. Some of them are really fatidious in following the rules to the letter, they can't actually make a self judgement. Then you have those like Rugby who use their worldly knowledge to make acceptable judgements.

Rugby doesn't immediately jump in and delete something just because it doesn't rigidly conform to site rules, they tend to see how things pan out first.

Which in our opinion is what makes a good moderator stand out from the mediocre, maybe some of the others could learn a thing or two from Rugby.
