Problem
You send a well constructed, grammatically correct message to someone, they read it, don't reply and leave it in there in box for two weeks then delete.
Should I be following up the first message, and if so haw long should I leave it without seeming like I am being a pest |

I'm guessing if they were interested they'd reply. You could always send another message although it can annoy some, others will just delete it again. If you don't try you won't know. I tend to delete all my sent messages as soon as I send them so I never know what the recipient has done to it. No point stressing over something you have no control over, you'll either get a reply or you won't. |

Well, skipping over how well constructed and grammatically correct the message might be (for obvious reasons), no reply means no interest. |

If we don't receive a reply,we assume it's because they are not interested.
No, we wouldn't send a follow up message. |

They have read it, probably not interested. Then it got deleted automatically as their inbox filled up. I rarely delete my mail, just gets auto deleted when it fills up. OP I wouldn't let it worry you just move on. |
