i no there is alot of these kind of threads but they seem to work especialy on giving pointers etc.

If I show you the shittiest profile on the site yours would be one notch above it.
Who cares if you have been in a long relationship ? Putting things like that sounds like an apology, explanation or plea. Get rid of it. It also makes it sound as if you haven't left it behind yet.
