Can anyone recommend any exercises to do to make me more flexible? I'm over weight and feel like my body is seizing up. For example when I kneel I can't sit back on my heels.

So not what I expected from the thread title, disappointed

With regard stretching, whatever you do start out slow if you are that seized up as you can do more damage than good. Google yoga exercise and try some of the simple routines to start.

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Start slowly, classes like yoga, pilates and tai chi are great for flexibility.

Also things like les mills bodybalance are good for it, and fun as well.

Just ensure you tell the class leader you are new, and have a chat about your aims and goals with them.

I can't afford classes at the present time though. That's why I thought I would ask on here if anyone knows any simple gentle ones I can do

Is there anything I can be doing while I'm at home looking after the kids?

Honestly, if you are that inflexible, be wary of injury at home.

And if its been a long time since you exercised, check with your GP first, and see what they suggest.

I am working on qualifying to teach bodybalance just now, but would be wary to suggest anything at home as technique is important, and its so easy to do damage doing it wrong.

Even a couple of classes would be a good start... some gyms even do a try it for free session.

Good advice here. Good luck in your quest, may the flexibility be with you.

Try YouTube for yoga, pilates and stretching. I echo what others said about being careful, but you will find loads of vids for beginners on there if you can't afford a class just yet.

"Can anyone recommend any exercises to do to make me more flexible? I'm over weight and feel like my body is seizing up. For example when I kneel I can't sit back on my heels. "

Best exercise I know to stretch my thighs is a man between my legs, holding my legs wide apart so he can gain good access.

Best exercise I know to stretch my back is legs up high, cock deep in pussy , man pushing into me as hard as he can.

Best exercise I know to stretch.....well, I think you get the picture! But seriously I do alot of yoga and pilates, you can download videos free from you tube - just listen to your body to avoid injury - if it hurts stop - m x

Let me get between your thighs, ill give you a workout and and please you at the same time. As far as stretching, just start out doing simple things. Toe touches and squats to start

If you're obese then do get to your doctor. They can offer you courses on diet and exercise, you might even get free pass to the gym for all it's facilities - these are usually at non-peak times but you could still go every day and it would cost you nothing.

I'm not obese but have type 2 diabetes so got the pass for free and went swimming.
