for a first time make sure the seat is one of those with a safety chain and pick a playground with a rubbery surface in case she falls off.and go there when there's no kids around or they'll be pointing and sniggering like they did to us, |

Well couples worry about starting swinging because they are worried about the impact it will have on their relationship. But you say she is a friend, i am assuming she is single? So she doesn't have a relationship to worry about, so its just sex. I assume she has had sex before?
Do singles get scared before they "go swinging" for the first time? |

You need to agree between yourselves what you will be happy with..what you would or would not like. If you not sure about something agree to not do it and save it for next time.
Some couples agree that they will just play with each other first time but enjoy watching others.
