Sounds simple to me...
She's your Ex - so the old partnership is over and finished.
If there's a possibility of new relationship, then lay down the ground rules - say that Swinging is now a part of your life and would have to be included in your future.
The it's up to her to accept that and move forward, or to not accept and walk away.
Just say what you want - don't just hope for it!
