went to chang e male account to a couple account but fab wont let me , is there any reason you can't change your exisitng account rather than having to start again xxx |

Usually to do with verification I think although I've know people to been to change then specially if the profile indicate it a couple use the report button on your own profile you may then get help from admin to change it |

I believe it's because verifications would be for a single person not a couple. You can go from couple to single, but not the other way around.
Best start a couples profile then mention both in each profile. |

I would be careful about mentioning each. My single profile was changed to a couple one without my consent or any notification, because mentioned to our couple on it, even though I stated I met single women alone and also used it for chatting and forum posts. It took me a good while to get it back to a single women profile again, including a number of new verifications. This was even though it included many single verifications on it. Now I mainly get my verifications on my couple one, but most of my longer time friends are on my couple one. I do meet alone and do things outside of my coupledom status, so I don't see why people can't have both .... my partner's profile remained unscathed throughout this period. That told me something about the site and the assumptions that are made. |

We still put great faith in the site's verification process, so would be alarmed if it was easy to get the green tick as a man, then change the profile.
You have been on for a week, so 7 days ago you were single, on Weds you declared you had met someone and were now a couple, (though still keen to meet other women obvs)
A photo-verified couples profile is definitely the way to go.

Mine was changed from a couple to a single profile, then back again, without me doing anything  when it went back to a couple profile it had all my exes stats on it. I didn't realise it had changed for a few days. My current bf had a few questions  |
