Me and my girlfriend both enjoy using poppers (Emil nitrate) which is perfectly legal and sold in most sex shops
We've never seen them at parties or when we've played with other people...... Would it be creepy to bring them to parties or meets |

We both love them and have used them on amd off for years, starting off when out raving in the 90s lol. Great for a super quick rush during sex but can give u a bad head if used too much. From other threads ive seen on here, some love them, some will definitely not entertain. Also not to be taken by anyone taking blood pressure meds. Can be risky.
We always keep some in our play bag and get them out if the mood is right and everyone is ok with it.
You can generally judge it well, try mention in a conversation beforehand and see what gets said.

Personally I don't see the point of them. The endorphins should flow sufficiently as a result of the sexual pleasure. If chemical assistance is required to get pleasure from a meeting then IMHO it suggests that the people you meet are not stimulating enough and they are a means to an end and not the reason for the meeting. If the others are also into them - great but if not, they could be insulted by you using them. |

It wouldn't necessarily be creepy, but check with the party host to see if they have a house rule. Also, be very wary of sharing as Amyl Nitrate can pose serious health risks to people with heart, lung or blood problems or various allergies. It might be best to find a quiet place to indulge. |

I have palpitations so would be seriously pissed off if I went to a party and ended up in casualty because of some stupid idiots who think doing drugs is the only way to enjoy themselves  |

Never ceases to make me smile at the outrage I've seen some people display in these threads at 'drug users.' We didn't mind people using them but it is a bit off putting when they constantly sniff them. |

Best way to use a popper...
Pour about 100ml of coca cola into a whisky glass...
Tip the popper into the glass and immediately place a beer mat over the top!!
Leave for 30 seconds!!
Slightly remove the mat .... Sniff and replace the mat!!
So much better that way  |

Highly dangerous in all its forms. The safer version available in the UK has ingredients that are linked with cancer. Feel free to give yourself a brain tumour.
I stopped using them when i was blue lighted after my blood pressure crashed through the floor.
After that i did a little research and walked away from them. No thanks |

Drugs? Not aware that AnnSummers sold drugs. Maybe need to shop them and get the Owners locked up for drug dealing. |

Allot of the clubs also sell them behind the bar. There are people that use them in clubs but not that many. The people that have used them usually asked if everyone else concerned is ok with them being used before they do. |

Lots of people use poppers and lots don't. What you use at a party is down to you two and just ask people if they partake or not. You will be surprised, many people will.
You will get lots of well meaning advice from people on here who will tell you how dangerous your preference is but fail to mention themselves that they smoke or drink, both equally "dangerous" preferences - one will kill you, the other can harm you and others around you when used to excess. Poppers on the other hand give you a bit of a head rush every now and then and are not illegal or classed as drugs or regulated like alcohol and tobacco.
Live and let live and as long as you are doing what you do from an educated standpoint and are not hurting or harming anyone else... Carry on  |

The reason sex shops etc get away with selling them is that they will say they are odorizers.
they are illegal to sell for human consumption, mainly due to the fact that they ( in certaun circumstances ) can kill you.
im not telling anyone what to do, simply stating fact, and hoping that if you do take them in public you are fully aware of the harmful effects they can have on some people.

I am always gobsmacked by the misinformation spouted off about so called 'dangerous drugs' by people who probably often smoke cigarettes and often use alccohol..
If you suffer from high blood pressure and palpitations,lung probs etc having sex is arguably more dangerous than sniffing poppers or taking the blue pill..which millions of men have benefitted from..safely..
Open yr minds,gather some facts And let's have less contempt prior to investigation.. |

Halefuckinglujah! Alcohol, the most widely used hard drug in society. Responsible for untold deaths and wasted lives and the main gateway drug for those who later go on to use heroin and similar substances. But it's acceptable because most people use it and it's taxed.
For the record, at this time it is not illegal for AS to sell poppers. Soon it will be I believe when the new tabloids inspired legal highs policy takes effect. |

Most people do not use them as a chemical assistant, and certainly do not 'require' them for sexual pleasure. They are however a brilliant enhancement on occasion and thats what we use them for. Paul can multiple orgasm if he has had a small sniff, and they can make my orgasm's so powerful I cant breath.
However we completely understand they're not for everyone.

We occasionally use them and would probably take a bottle and bring them up in conversation to gauge the other party goers opinions. You could then decide whether to get them out during play? I think the same goes with a private meet.

I don't like them. Never not had head pain from them so gave up as didn't feel anything beneficial from them.
I don't particularly like the sight of them being used. Think it's a bit if a turn off when I see it in clubs.
However what people do in private is up to them. |

Some clubs wouldn't care less, others are strictly no drugs. Each to their own, but personally, when ive played with people taking them, I have found it a rather disjointed experience, rather than one which flows naturally. |

amyl nitrite is regulated under the Medicines Act 1968
Possession is not illegal but supply can be an offence.
The question asked was about using at a party.... my reply was in answer to that.
do whatever makes you happy when together, but take care if you use them around other people who may react differently to yourselves. Or offering them to others to try when they have had alcohol or a blue tab.
as for being the ' health police' ... i hold my hand up to that ... and am now way ashamed of that

The poppers you can buy in the UK are not amyl nitrate anymore. If you want the real deal then there's an online shop (which I guess I can't mention or I will break the rules about promoting a commercial website) which will ship to the UK from Amsterdam. Quite expensive but way better than what you can get here. |
