Anybody bought this book? We ordered and paid for it a couple of weeks ago and still no sign of a delivery. Have emailed the seller and had no response.
Wondered if anybody else had problems with this...starting to worry it's a scam  |

Hopefully they get back in touch then, or at least send what we paid for 
I've just tried to give the guy a call but only got to a voicemail. Leaving voicemail as well as the email already sent doesn't get us anywhere
