I have stacks of shoes.
I wear a size smaller than my male size as my foot slides forward in heels.
In boots I wear the same size otherwise I can't get them on!

It depends on the style of shoe you are looking for.
Stilettos with a pointed toe you will probably need a 12, but with other styles you should find an 11 will be fine.
If you are comfortable doing so, best to go and try some and find out or yourself. Different brands will fit differently, I find the European sizing to be more standard than UK sizing. Maybe take a supportive female friend too.

Hit google with 'transvestite shoes' , and some sexy stuff comes up.
Wearing womens heels can present problems for some TV's, (anyone remember the film Kinky Boots and the documentaries that followed?) like weak heels and shoes that aren't broad enough. But there are tonnes of really excellent quality shoes out there geared for TV's and crossdressing. |

Buddy is a 10 but a very well known high street store sell shoes a wide fitting up to size 9 at less than £20 buddy gets into very easily and as worn them 4 to 6 hours with no pain . we was at a club recently and there was a guy who is size 11 tried on one of buddys shoes and was surprised how comfy it was |
