Can we ask why the site owners do not reply to any queries we have have asked ? |

You don't respond to any of our mails.
We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. We recommend if you have a problem or can't figure out how something works, you post to the site help forum. If we responded to everything that people sent us, we'd spend all our time (and more!) doing that and not improving/running/fixing the site. Or, we'd have to employ customer service goons to read and respond to questions from a minority of users at everyone's expense and we'd not be able to do as much as we can for so little cost to you. We do read all mail you send and encourage feedback. If you have reported a problem with the site we will fix it. |

Yes you do it for fun but surely as the site generates revenue it's a business and should be treated as such? Obviously not every member pays to be a site supporter but we choose to and as a bonus it would be nice to feel supported by the site when you have a query that can't be answered by the FAQ's such as a recent problem we had with verifications.
Worth a thought guys? |

If people want replies, they would have to employ more people and it would no longer be a free site |

It depends on what it is about, most times they will steer you to where you will find an answer.
If it is a general question maybe post in the Site help section, if not ask Admin from the CONTACT button. |
