Some people use drastic measures out of desperation.
They're usually easy to spot via messages. They go on about wanting to try something for the first time, only feeling happy doing something with a woman there - and soon start steering the conversation into what they'd like to do with her.

From my own experience I've found the best way is be upfront with folk. As someone who has used Adult Sites many years I've been lucky to meet and attend a lot of Socials, House Parties, Group Meets etc even as an out Gay man. It's opened my horizons (& theirs), I've been involved in a few Bi MFMs, played with both Ms, Fs & Cpls. Truth is most guys on FAB never get their hands on any woman for a variety of reasons. They get so desperate that they are willing to have a bit of bi action if it can lead to some female contact. I guess its a bit like guys in long term prison !
