Possible to find the right girl on here?

I'm aware this is essentially a hook up site but after a few years of trying to make relationships work out with girls who are, how can I put it?, "Normal" in bed, I have come to the conclusion that the best way to find something meaningful, is with a girl who is more into the kind of things I am.
I see plenty of couples on here and think some of them are lucky to have found a partner that is like minded sexually, I'm just wondering if people have met anyone on here?

When I joined fab I wasn't looking for anything more than sexual encounters. Two years ago I met a guy and we hit it off both in and out of the bedroom. Six months after we met I moved in with him and we got married 4 weeks ago.
It's not the normal place to meet a life partner, but it does happen sometimes |

Not sure I like the usage of the word "normal" but I can say that 10 years ago my best friends metbon a sex site and they're still together about to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary. It can happen. If you want a relationship with a swinger, then swinging sites are not necessarily bad places to look  |

Yes I know a few who have met on here...some now married.
If you don't want "normal" sex...then perhaps an idea of what you do want may help?
Also...you will find plenty people with "kinks" (it is in your name) who are not into or on swinging sites..... |

I met my (now) hubby via a swinging site (not this one though), we meet socially at first then playing meets and then lived together and are now happily married |

If only you lived nearby = problem solved perhaps  . To look at me in person you would think butter wouldn't melt. In many aspects that's true. Except behind closed doors and away from the judgemental public, I adore sex to the point I'm always willing to try something different. There's fantasys I have that perhaps I shouldn't (doesn't involve anything illegal I may add). Well basically I'm scared I'll end up in a boring sex life relationship.  |

Cheers for all the replies people.
I don't really know what other word to use than normal but most girls you meet simply would not consider swinging, clubs etc. Most girls I've dated are like this so yeah, starting to think meeting girls out, on regular dating sites etc is not the way forward for me and just wanted to know your thoughts on meeting a more like minded girl (perhaps on here)

Surely you and whoever your partner maybe need something in common or that makes you both tick.
Most women probably would have a relationship with a man from here provided you tick all the boxes. |

If you are looking for something more I would suggest putting more effort into your profile and pictures.
It's difficult enough to meet someone you would meet more than once on here as a woman never mind to meet once as a man.
Currently I wouldn't look twice at your profile, never mind meet, never mind consider to meet twice.
Good luck - I too hope to find someone who suits me but it's tough both on here and in the real world x |

I would on 5 conditions. 1) he's single to begin with.2) lives nearby to me and 3) has his own home (rented or not),4) isn't into feet fetishes and 5) we find each other attractive- obviously . In the grand scheme of things that's not a lot to ask for. |

I think it's difficult.
I've got friendly with a few swingers over the years, but it's always ended up that they wanted to be in a 'primary' relationship with me, and then just have threesomes with other women. That's not much fun for me.
Instead I'd be happy to get into something established with another swinger, as long as we continued to primarily just see other people. The occasional threesome I guess would be ok, but it seems like lots of guys see a swinging relationship as a ticket to threesomes. |
