Quite how I ever managed to pull my other half all those years ago I'm still not entirely sure but I'm sure there must be quite a few other couples on here that fit this description.
We often chat to couples and once pics are exchanged have to face the "you're gorgeous but my missus says your fella is not her thing/has a face like a bag of snooker balls"
Do any others have this problem or am I the only shrek-like dude with a hot partner? |

I often think this but it's not always the male half that doesn't apoeal, it's sometimes the female half instead. I can imagine a couple finding a couple is hard work as there are 4 people to please.. It's hard enough with just 2 singles x |

i tend to look at the fem first so if she appeals then look at the fella - find that when we go to the clubs that if i saw some people on profile we may have skipped past them but in the flesh theyre more than ok - how shallow are we as a human race eh |

We've found it with couples who have sent us pics, and it's mostly C that doesn't fancy the guy... as she says, us men aren't as picky!!
When meeting people I think either of us could be put off (or turned on) by personalities more than looks.
We also all have our "types", so a guy with muscles might be a turn on for one, but turn off for another. An un-attractive pussy kills it for me  As someone said, there's four people to please! x |

Use to play as a couple and found too many people allowed a single picture to decide whether or not a meet should take place. "You're not my type" was mentioned allot without even getting to the social side. Have been turned down by one said couple on here to be asked to play when in the club. Funny how things changed when you actually take the time to get to know the people rather then taking too much emphasis over a screen shot. Don't judge a book my it's cover; the camera is not always kind to us all  |

i used to have a work mate who was stunning but knew it - not a very nice woman inside at all - she used to date men she thought didnt look too good to make her look better and go out with girls she thought that of as well - horrid |

We've never been told which of us was the unwanted party...but yes, please both halves of a couple is hard work! Marc and I have this problem when seeing people at clubs/on fab all the time.
It's also worth keeping in mind that the reasons people give for not wanting to meet are not always true and that blaming the women's preferences is sometimes the easiest way of declining a meet...even if it's for other reasons

We don't even kiss others so we're hardly going to meet them alone. We've had a couple of gay guys want to meet Marcus alone - I asked them if I could be there and domme them (I was joking - I know a gay guy would never take that from a woman), one replied that he's the MASTER AND WILL NEVER SUB!!!!!!

This is our biggest problem. I Mrs am a fussy cow at times and I like to play with both the m and f so not only does Mr L have to be attracted to the lady and get on with the man, I have to fancy them both too and then it all be reciprocated by the other couple. Not an easy dynamic to find but when it works.... fantastic. |

Have had it a couple of times re Bruce, but as we say, he won't be playing with the lady, so why be overly bothered. We have met couples where the pic really doesn't do one or the other justice, so don't always go by what we initially see. Looks can be deceiving and just because people may look "hot" doesn't mean that we click with them socially/mentally! |

I've only met 2 couples and only 1 from here. But if you think about it rationally it's twice as hard to find a couple you find attractive. I don't think couples should take it to heart. You guys have found someone you love to look at and be with so what does it matter what we think on here? You guys already won! |

Finding a couple where we both fancy the woman= very hard
Finding a couple who both fancy Mrs N= really really hard
Finding a couple where the lady fancies us both = insanely hard

Yes I think the 4way attraction thing does mean that couple to Cole fun requiresatience. And as for the original post - we have experienced a couple of rejections - some because my hubby looks a bit older in his pics than he does in real life - we are both 100% honest about our ages and about the need for couple to couple mutual attraction so we have accepted the rejections gracefully and moved on ?? ?? m x |

If and when we want singles it's never a problem but when we want couples it's so hard it's defo not always the man that is the turn off since the majority of pics are of the woman (or is in our case ) I'd say it's the woman who doesn't meet standards we've had I'm too large short hair coloured hair tattoos all of which people see as a turn off yet meeting in person I get on with almost everyone it is unfortunately a shallow world we live in  |

I'm deffo the 'munter' in our relationship hence playing with more guys than couples . That said , 'Why have a beef burger when you've steak at home ' . I can be just as 'particular as well .

Why not put pics of both of you up? At least full body shots, not necessarily face pics.
You might find that you receive less messages - but that there are far fewer awkward moments where someone suddenly changes their minds!!

we agree, we both have a full body shots so you can see exactly what we look like apart from faces , but some profiles only show boobs thighs pussy shots all nice but doesn't give you much idea of what body type you have, so obviously when you eventually see the whole person there is often disappointment, post better pics of both partys would be a good thing and save some embaraseing moments |

Our problem is the wife is very picky who she likes she prefers curvy big breasted women as that's what she's like herself. she can't put full body photos on as got tattoos an shes already been regonised in the past as it stands there are going to be couples who like the female an not the guy an some the other way round we've had ourselves been told I'm not what they want but the wife's hot an also had ones say I'm fine but the wife's not lol its all each to there own you have to be atracted to the people you want to meet as there's no point just going round fuckin any old tom dick or harry can't please everyone x |

Exactly this! This is mostly why we stopped seeing couples. It's so hard to have 4 people together and for them all to find the others attractive! |

We find it frustrating that so many couples profiles have dozens of pics of the female but maybe only 1 pic if any of the male half.
Makes it so much harder to find a couple where there is mutual attraction all around.
We do appreciate that some couples may feel that one half is hotter than the other but would it not be better if you at least had an idea without having to exchange a load of messages to then find out the one half really isn't your type.
We are in no way saying we are hot but would make life so much easier if we at least had an idea of what both of the couple look like at least in terms of body shape.

Never had that problem. Maybe some are too polite to tell us lol. Always had nice feedback but even if we didn't it wouldn't bother us. You can't please everyone. |

Isn't this just symptomatic of this site, sex and swinging generally?
Women are, on the whole, more sexually desirable / attractive than men.
An 'average' female can go out intending to get laid on any given night and the chances are that she will get lucky. An 'average' man on the same mission won't be so successful most of the time.
It's the same in couples - most couples would say the female is the most attractive of the two. Because ladies ARE, on average, better looking than men. So it doesn't surprise me that most people say the blocker is the male half - most men will shag most women. But most women won't shag most men. Just the way it is, c'est la vie |

In our eyes people who meet only on looks aren't worth meeting anyway.
Could be best looking couple in the world and still be twats.
Hate people who walk round like the world should bow at there feet.  |
