You should probably have a chat with your doctor, it could be indicative of an underlying medical problem. |

"I read an article on this. It's got something to do with desensitisation having exposed yourself to so much porn, not age. "
Of course, articles are never wrong so as Wasp says, sounds like a time for a candid talk with the Doc |

Agree with the porn break idea.
I think in general, it might be an idea to stop seeking out to be turned on or satisfied if that makes sense? Maybe you're subconsciously putting too much pressure on yourself to perform. Maybe try and let things "happen" on a more natural level. |

Watch the Tedx about the chap who gave up porn and any sexual activity for a month (I think). It transformed him. Maybe think about cold turkey before going to your GP? |

Agree that a general break from things will help
re-stimulate the mind and general imagination...
I am not sure there is a need yet to seek any outside help [and by that I don't mean going dogging!].
Nice to take things back a little sometimes and remember what it is you like when you are excited by something in life. |

I shoot porn a couple times a week on average so add that up over 18 yrs & i have been overdosed lol.
I have to desensitize myself from what i'm shooting otherwise it would fuck me up, i usually think whats on tele that night, are the angles / lights right etc...anything but what is really happening in front of me.
I agree too much porn does ruin real life sex if you get fixations on certain stars/niches/acts.
Get a good check up mate including thyroid, hormone & diabetes which can sometimes cause these symptoms. |

Doubt it's an age thing, I watch loads of porn and went through the same stage,
I was worried but accepted it, I ended up not wanting to warch porn and sex gave me little interest, I'd say just over a year of not watching porn and rarely visiting sites like this I started to regain my interest and now I'm back to my horny self |

Agreed. I was suffering terribly with ED, along with other symptoms. Turned out to be a major heart defect causing poor blood flow. Had a pacemaker fitted in March and things have improved a lot. |
