Okay, so I've just been refused a meet due to not being verified in over 3 months, which is fine.. each to ones own and we move on..

I'm just wondering how many people would think along the same lines and why? How recent is okay/not okay? or maybe you have you been turned down for the same reason? Love to hear your thoughts!

We would use it as part of our decision making but not a reason in itself, I would go with my instinct personally

It's a bugger. Single guys have a hard time as it is. Then if you don't get a meet that goes against you as well. Talk about a double edged sword....

I spend time in here and post as much as I can to keep my name being looked at but i get very few messages or winks. Maybe I am that box of frogs lol

I wouldnt rule a meet out due to them not being verified.If i liked them i'd meet,we were all unverified once and i was let down by someone well verified.

I don't show all my veris due to stalkers (urgh) so how would anyone know you've not had a meet in 3 months? Some folk have regular fbs who obviously don't verify each time they meet. Seems a nonsense to me...

I've got about 39 veris and hid all but the most recent today. I have repeat meets where we don't bother leaving more veris.

I don't show mine either..I chat with nice people and things happen from there. Despite the whole notion of the veri/pics thing and the legion of single men not having any real contact with people, it's not how I have found the site at all.

Good luck with it all though.

I only tend to show my most recent veri and don't often ask to get verified anyway so I'll often go months without a new veri but not months without a meet. I'll also gladly meet unverified people; if we click we click and everyone has to start somewhere.

If anyone used that criteria for me I would never get a meet, all my verifications are over 3 months old; as i rarely get chance to meet and if i have a second meet i rarely ask for or display repeat veris....

I wouldn't meet anyone that had a veri from the last 12 hours. That's just greedy.
