Delete pics?

Is anyone able to advise me on how to delete pics I've sent as attachments to a message?

Go in your sent items, open the mail you sent with a pic. Click the 'remove pic' link.

Thanks ive got it now..., I realise the pics could be screenshot and saved but someone had mentioned about deleting but I was having a thick

moment and couldn't work it out
