Hi
I've been a member for a few weeks, just been lurking really to see what happens and try to get an idea of how things work.
I've made a few approaches (nothing successful yet). Was just wondering the normal protocol for starting to chat to others.
Do you engage on the forums and then move to private chat if you find someone interesting?
Do you use the chat windows?
Do you prefer the direct approach?
It seems that there are lots of people who have known each other on these forums for quite a while and built up a community - which is great, I'd like to get into the community a bit more and hopefully meet some nice people!

I use forum, chat rooms and messages but I would say the best way is by attending socials or clubs, I find meeting folk face to face is much easier than trying to get to know someone online. A couple of my best meets are with guys who i really had no interest in at all from mailing, but meeting them in person changed all that  |

-there is no 'community'.
-the people on the forums are about 0.0001% of people on fab. dont make the mistake of thinking you have to suck everyone off on the forums, or agreeing with every female.
- DO NOT waste your time going to clubs. you will hear a lot of couples and single women saying, go to the clubs. Thats cos its free for the women, and they just want free meat.
it will cost you a small fortune, and you will lose any self respect you may or may not have- hanging about for sloppy seconds. like dogs in heat.
The only thing that counts on here is meets- the rest is just wank.

OP, personally, I like to use the chatrooms to get to know people, and then the organised socials and parties to meet people. Once I've met a man socially, I might ask him for another meet (where who knows what might happen * .
And don't take all the advice that single men give you - they're your competition, after all. |

Cant beat parties/socials & even clubs to meet people.
I know Chams has organised events (usually bbw events we go too - but generally all shapes n sizes are there) & you can put your name on the lsit of the organisers so you dont need to be a member to go in.

OP approach this entire scene as you will to making new friends... many will say no thank you and some will say yes. Attend social events, or go to your local club on a social night and make friends... you will be fine. If sex is all you want... then your approach is going to be different and might not be conducive. I hope this helps... all the best bud. |
