I recently aquired a rabbit and it is huge.
It's so big I had to take a whole tray out to fit in the freezer.
Does anyone know any good rabbit recipes?
Slow cook it with cider, stock veg, bay leaves, borlotti beans and celeriac. Serve with root veg mash and crusty bread (add a swirl of cream in before serving if you're feeling naughty).
