Its a stupid question I know, Im full of stupid questions but am just wondering if in the daytime, dogging sites arent so busy as maybe they might be in the evening?

With the improving weather you have the risk of ramblers, birdwatchers, dog walkers blah blah blah.....
I'd think there would be a much lower chance of people being there for dogging but a much higher chance of bumping into 'civilians'
I'm no dogging expert though..... |

I didn't set out to go dogging...but had a little car fun in (what we thought was) a secluded area...and ended up with 3 dudes wanking at the window! It was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon! |

We won't be going dogging, just want some privacy and daytime fun rather than evening for a change and I was concerned our usual place might have families in surrounding area

guys who do day time dogging tend to be ,married guys or guys who are working and try there luck at known spots.
those that get out at night are usually couples .
The up side of days are you can see who is about , the down side so can ramblers and the local bill

You don't actaully have to goto dogging sites . unless you want to do dogging
Drive out to the new forest and go for a long walk . Take a blanket, and a picnic choose somewhere sensible of course , plenty of cover away from beaten track
What a bit more added privacy go to paradise in Bournemouth . Just go in a private room and lock the door
Book into a campsite for the weekend , don't have to stay overnight ,
There's plenty of options , just think outside the box

The laws surrounding dogging are a shade of grey and open to individual interpretation by your local force.
A lot depends on when and where you are dogging.
To paraphrase the legislation; if there is an expectation of people unwittingly being offended by what you are doing, you're breaking the law.
As an example there is a well know spot for dogging near me. Secluded car park, trees and fields all around and well off the beaten track. Perfect for dogging.
Except there is also a grassed area with picnic tables and climbing frames for children to play on.
So at half two on a Saturday afternoon you'd expect to find people there for everything except dogging, plus children playing.
At half two Saturday morning you wouldn't expect people to be having a family picnic or taking their kids out for a laugh in the park.
It's time and place specific.

Dogging is anti social behaviour and will get you on sex offenders register
Every un marked police car has a vide camera as do forestry commission and their contractors
Having sex with your mrs in a secluded place is frowned upon but not necessarily an offence time and surroundings allowing
But it's like everything in life you take your chance |

Yes it still goes on in the daytime and the sensible people are just more discreet and careful in the daytime so as not to cause offence. Night time there are less restrictions or worries of the wrong people seeing.
There was a well known place in Surrey and always daytime fun, especially Sunday afternoons in the summer.
But it's all luck. |

Thanks for your reply, I should have made it clearer, we arent looking to be active dogging, just wondered if the sites would be a better option daytime. New to outdoor play, so im wording things wrong  |

Sex out doors is not illegal
The act of lewdness becomes and offence when your act is in public and is viewed by members of the public , so if you decide to have a bit of doggie in the high street you can be sure of getting a fine . You wont appear on the sex offenders list as your not a rapist or kiddie fiddler . But finding a quite spot though technically illegal you would not get a prosecution as you would be hidden . Unless you are making a exhibition of your self for others to see . Most forces know what goes on and tend to turn a blind eye to such activities . If it's just outdoor fun you want then the world is your lobster and you are better off avoiding 'dogging sites'. Any open country space, wooded area, quiet corner of a farmers field can be used. The Forest is massive with lots of quiet spots |

Totally agree.
Won't get you on the sex offenders register unless your dogging with a minor. As opposed to a miner.....
Best advice is use a bit of common sense. |

Being close to the new forest, I suspect you may find a secluded spot or two. However with the Easter holidays and an influx of visitors I suspect you may take your chances.
Outside daytime play, if you pick the right place can be secluded. I met someone last year and we went into the forest, somewhere she had been before, but there were still people wandering around! School holidays? I would think twice about it, to be honest. Maybe find somewhere you can be sure of first? |
