Weird question I know. But this topic has been touched on before.
I had a hystorectomy on the 9th March. And am wondering if the guy still gets the same sensations from intercourse does the guy/woman still find intercourse as pleasurable after this operation ? |

Studies have shown that sex is generally better for the lady after hysterectomy - generally because it's often done because of discomfort, bleeding, etc.
From a male point of view there shouldn't be much difference, perhaps even improved, depending on how exactly the procedure done... |

I don't think people would know unless you told them. I have had a lot of meets on here and in swingers clubs in France so must have fucked at least one or two who had one . A men will be concentrating on giving pleasure to the lady and in having maximum stimulation on the glans at head of his cock , so you have nothing to worry about . Hope you have a speedy recovery . |

I am more sensitive since mine and my libido has gone up considerably. I have been left with a lot of scar tissue though, which can cause pain and discomfort. That was only because I had very large fibroids removed with my uterus. No man has ever said it feels weird but I still have my cervix . |

Hi
I had a total abdominal hysterectomy at the end of 2013. Sex was incredibly painful previously owing to fibroids and not helped with me having a retroverted womb. For me, sex does feel different without a cervix. Not worse, just different.
When you feel ready my suggestion would be to take it gently and see how it feels. It took a little while for me to regain my confidence but looking back I was more concerned about the scar. I'm now having the best sex of my life.
I wish you all the best for a speedy recovery. Just make sure you don't overdo it as you start to feel better.

"My scar is from hip to hip and barely noticeable,it is still numb in places though."
same here. Hardly visible though.
Do take the advice to go slow and make a full recovery. It took me a while to feel confident again afterwards. Luckily I had a fantastic guy who led me back gently.
It is major surgery after all. |

I had a hysterectomy in December and sex for us has been great. I think once the hubby realised he wasn't going to hurt me there was no stopping us. Even better is the fact that I dont have to worry about periods anymore or being in constant pain. We both enjoy sex much more now. Xxx |

It felt no different to me with a GF once fully recovered.. Just took it easy after initial recovery and went with whatever she was comfy with for obvious reasons.
All the best with the recovery x |

I guess I was fortunate to have my hysterectomy vaginally. Initially I was concerned that my orgasms wouldn't be as good but they're better. No more pain. No more periods. No more contraception necessary.
I would also like to add that I orgasm more easily. Perhaps because I no longer fear pain on orgasm which used to happen sometimes.
Very happy. |

Since I had mine I cum more with far bigger and better orgasms and I cum easier. I feel hornier and men say I am very tight with some struggling to control their cocks; so i am very happy I had it done. |

I had a hysterectomy last August. My ex said it was like he was hitting the end of the tunnel. It felt different. But knowing he wasn't hurting me anymore made it better for him. They say it makes a woman tighter. But I don't think it does. But then again I had a 4cm round lump removed from my cervix. I hope you feel better soon. My recovery was long. But worth it in the end. My hysterectomy was in 2010 & i have to say I must be careful with huge cocks as my cervix was removed alone with a bit of my vaginal sleeve other than that I have no difference in sensation |

I had hysterectomy when I was 27, best decision ever. Ever since the op I have enjoyed sex far more and have never looked back. After your op make sure you do pelvic floor exercises as it helps tighten you up. |
