How does everyone feel about the use of e-cigarettes? I have recently given up smoking and use an e-cig regularly but I have put my smoker status back to non smoker. This is particularly aimed at non smokers. I wouldn't use it on a meet or in anyone's house but it doesn't leave the same smelly breath and other... Effects. What should I put on my profile? And would it put people who don't meet smokers off?

I guess you should put non-smoker as you said it doesn't have the same affect. I know you said you don't use it on meets but if you ever did it would be polite to let them know! |

I have an extremely acute sense of smell and I can definitely smell and taste when someone uses an e-cig. It's nowhere near as bad as real cigarettes but Im still not keen. It doesn't put me off.... Just thought you should know.

I Vape. Have been at it for a year so I'm firmly in the non smoker camp. I wouldn't use it on a meet if it was uncomfortable with people, but the whole point is moot, as N still smokes so we can only meet people willing to meet her anyway. It's good to be the behaved one

We're (mostly) fine with people who vape as long as they haven't smoked for quite some time. It's definitely noticeable, and while we wouldn't say the smell/taste is pleasant, it's not a complete turn-off.
I'd say include on your profile (until Fab extend the option box!) and mark as a non-smoker. |

I prefer to not meet someone who smokes on a meet. If I can't smell or see any signs of nicotine on a person,I don't care if they smoke. I have won't meet a smoker ticked because I don't want men to smoke in my vicinity. An ecig would be the same as a normal cigarette to me,if you don't do it in front of me and I can't detect it on you I don't care. That also stands with a smoker's cough. |

Can I give you a little bit of advice as to why we're not keen on peeps that vape or whatever it's called.
Here goes and sorry if I offend but it might help you give up completely and understand why some people still consider vaping to be smoking, as you are on the way I guess. It's the Nicotine I'm afraid. It gets in your pores and sweat and other stuff (cum and spunk) and I'm afraid has a horrible bitter taste.
If you do manage to give it up completely then it will probably be the most worthwhile thing you will ever do so good luck with that |

Just to clarify, vaping is also done nic free. So check with the people if they say it I'm as low as it goes without being 0mg myself.

How low are you ? I'm on 3mg mixed with 0mg 50/50 mix, quite strange I only quit the stinkies 4 weeks ago and I feel great |

Nice I am on 3mg myself. Though I have started mixing liquids and might give lower or 0mg a go congrats on packing the analogues up!

Congratulations, that definately makes you a non smoker.
The best advice is stick to the fruit or menthol flavours as these dont have the negative smells associated with the tobacco based flavours.
Been vaping & mixing for 2 years and still love it. I now hate the smell of tobacco as much as most non smokers do. Its saved me a fortune too |

We both smoke (but can and will go without if we have to) It's funny how many guys actually put on their profiles they don't, but when they meet socially, the first thing they wanna do is light up..and breathe a sigh of relief when you don't mind

Four months non smoking for me.... I do vape but still have smoker down on my profile as I do like a cheeky smoke in the evenings.........
Perhaps a vape option could be added to smoker/non smoker status |
