I have been to clubs/etc that sell them ...A high percentage of men use them...like the previous guy said,many wont admit it..virile/maleness issues but erectile dysfunction is not uncommon..

you'd have to be pretty stupid to buy them in a club! illegal for a start, dont have a clue what youre buying, and even if theyre genuine, which given the price is unlikely, you run the risk of loads of different side effects.....there is a reason theyre on prescription surely! |

I would argue most are bought in pubs/clubs or online..
The restriction on Sildenafil from pfizer has now been lifted..
It is interesting that the guys who qualified for prescription are not well!!!! Diabetes..prostate cancer etc.therefore the 'so called dangerous drug ' argument is weak.
If you have heart problems,as with any drug.check it out with a pharmacist, dont need a dr...

Seems like there is a stigma. Thinking about a club environment where people do some very distracting things while others in mid flow it's hardly a massive indictment if a guy struggles a bit. After all when those on the periphery share a hilarious joke or have a post coital chat about shopping and who lives in the nicest town ( oh yes, they do) it's not that sexy. When a lady loses the flow its fairly easy to hide but a guy runs the ego gauntlet.
We see lots of guy struggling for a while and then firmly find their stride. So why not consider a helping chemical hand? It's not like the Olympics, a bit of performance enhancement is surely a win/ win?  |

Just go to your doctor. There's no harm in it. Just tell him or her that you're not as young as you used to be 
They'll take your blood pressure to make sure it's not already too high and then you should be able to get a prescription. |

I have never tried it. I can sustaine for a long time. But my recovery time is getting longer as I get older. Might be worth looking into.
