I'm not really a swinger, as haven't met anyone to swing with. A new girl has moved into my house and she's very sexy. Except I'm 33 and she's 18. She's half naked most of the time and single. I'm single and haven't had sex for a long time. Help. |

I would tread lightly.Shes very young, and you don't want to lose a tenant,or friend,whatever she is.Ease into it,tell her your lifestyle and preferences and if she is into you she will let you know. |

I agree she is very young, and maybe not emotionally mature for you to just 'play' with.
I'd take the advice and tread carefully, don't appear desperate and just be careful! |

Teenagers often experiment with their sexual attractiveness by dressing skimpy, it doesn't mean she's open to anyone.
Try to see her as a potential friend, especially as you have to live with her. If anything else comes about then fair enough.
I was very sexually experimental in my teens with older guys, it was a lot of fun.  |

I think the OP might be thinking more about how others may see any sort of relationship between himself and an 18 year old. As a filthy slapper  I would have thrown myself at someone 15 years older than me at 18 and probably still would. If there is a mutual attraction there then go for it. Initially though just be friendly and respectful, with the odd compliment, and when you know her a bit honest with her.  |

Just because you are both single doesn't guarantee that you'll get together. Or have sex.
There will be a range of opinion from "go for it mate" - to "you perve!".
There is only one way to find out - ask her if she'd be interested. Okay - maybe not blurt it out like that - but see what the vibes are between you and work from there.

we as a couple have a big age gap and find 80 per cent of peeps we contact say no cause of hubbys age . Does age matter
so age can matter .
