I haven't read the books and very rarely go to the cinema so I won't be watching. If it comes on the telly at some point I will though.  |

Well I think the books where very poorly wrote and you can find far more eroticism in vampire books |

People enjoyed the book, they can't all be wrong. |

Just watching the interview on BBC news...quite possibly the most awkward I've seen in a very long time...the lack of any kind of chemistry between the 2 leads is tangible and looks like it is carried on in the clips they're showing of the film...  |

I thought the books were poorly written, and actually boring.
I do understand the d/s dynamic as I am very submissive having had 3 amazing doms over the years (and a few who claimed to be but just weren't, so didn't gain my trust, nor my submission)
However, my 2 best female friends loved the books, and want to go to the cinema... so my compromise is, we are going to see it as part of a charity event, where I got to choose a charity locally that I support that is hosting an evening, and including a showing of the film. I'm still trying to figure out how to skip the film tho |
