hiya all...just after some advice...not so long ago re-hashed my profile,bit better now but still not happy with it
also how do you start a message to someone?the hi how are you is about as interesting as paint drying
also would you include pics into a message first time to someone and if so what?

There's no magic formula to messages. Some prefer the 'Hi, how are you?' messages whilst others prefer more detail.
As for profiles there are hundreds of threads on here, take a look at those and those of the more successful men on here.
