Kamagra is marketed as a cost effective substitute for Viagra. I'm sure if that were the case the NHS would be prescribing, even privately, Kamagra instead of Viagra.
Than there's the problem of not knowing exactly what's in the product, how it was made and so on.
Is it really worth taking the risk? |

Kamagra is the generic variant of viagra, in other words viagra's patent is at an end (7 years for medicines) This means anyone else with the expertise can market the drug sildenafil, just can't call it viagra, this is the trade name of the originator.
Having told you that, the downside is, just as with viagra, it can cause headaches of migraine proportions in some people. I have experienced one of those after a 100mg tablet, it started 30 minutes into a party scene and meant I just could not carry on. The headache was that bad! |

as the others have said, kamagra is the generic name for viagra, so because they are the same drug in essence... they will have exactly the same side effects... so please see a doctor as it is a prescribed drug....
I know a couple on here who's hubby took two and ended up having a mild stroke... so I will not go there at all...... |

I took an 'e' once in a club as a teenager. I had a great night, was 'buzzin' till the early hours.
Another girl in the club that night took one too. She died.

I've used both Kamagra and Viagra and found that Viagra often induced headaches but Kamagra didn't. Kamagra also reacts faster as it's in gel form and gets into the bloodstream quicker. Tastes nice too (get the pineapple flavour if poss.) |

Doctors dont often prescribe generic medicines although they are essentialy the same but cheaper.
Read about the chemist a cpl yrs back who was telling ppl to get generic and bin prescriptions as it was cheaper and was told to stop for no logical reason probably upsetting big drugs companies
Is it really worth taking the risk?"

None of this addresses the problem of not knowing what's in the Kamagra you buy online or from your local sex shop or from a pal who gets them from a pal who gets them........
Do high street pharmacies sell Kamagra? If they do and you've had the OK from your GP to take sildenafil citrate that's one thing.
If they don't and you haven't ..... is it really worth the risk? There could be anything in what you're taking. |

visit site called kamagra now. This site was recommended to us by a user from this site. We were somewhat hesitant to order this online, but we were reassured by the guy from this site that the company were reliable. so we tried it out. sure enough the pills arrived within 3-4 days. they work just fine too. but, like you have already been told on here, make sure you are ok to take any type of medicine. If you are ok, then only take a quarter to half a pill at most. otherwise you will end up with a headache like you wouldn't believe. x |

you shouldnt even take viagra without being given it by a doctor, you could have a underlying heart problem that you dont know about, take a viagra with a weak heart and your asking for trouble, i also know a guy who took a viagra and have a stroke, could be a coincidence i suppose, a bloody big one tho if it is |

It was no coincidence. There are other matters to be taken into consideration besides underlying health issues. Interaction with other medications or alcohol for example and you really need a physician to advise you on these.

If you don't have a personal or family history of heart problems, your doctor is unlikely to put you through the tests required to find out, just so you can take a viagra type drug.
If you insist he does, he will charge you for a private consultation and investigative treatment.
I have tried Kamagra a number of times, without any real problems, although I have experienced a light headache at times, and there have been occaisions when it hasn't had the desired effect at all.
There is a risk when taking any drugs. Don't forget people are allergic to all types of drugs including Asprin. The risk is low, but it is there non the less. Only you can decide if you want to take that risk.
I was given a Kamagra tablet to try by a friend of mine. He got it from a friend of his who happens to be a GP. An Indian guy as it happens. Kamagra is made by an Indian drug company and is, I believe the popular drug prescribed in India for the same probems that Viagra is prescribed here.

If you've been with the GP for a while he should know whether you can take Viagra but he'll only prescribe them if you need them ie for treating erectile dysfunction - not so you can keep a swingers stiffy for longer. If he does prescibe them and you buy them from a high street pharmacist you should be OK.
If you take the fact that your GP says you should be OK with Viagra to mean you can go online or to a sex shop or a man in the pub and buy what's 'claimed' to be Viagra that's another matter.
Fake branded pharmaceuticals are big business. Proper packets with holograms. Proper bubble inserts. Proper patients info leaflet and so on but they're fakes. Mostly harmless fakes but you can't guarantee it. |

I have used both Kamagra and Viagra, (Type 2 Diabetes), and have found both to be effective and have sufferred no side effects on either. And Kamagra is significantly the cheaper of the two. That said, as as noted by several contributors, different people react in different ways to all drugs. There are no guarantees. I think that Kamagra is a reputable product though. |

Why pay ridiculous amounts of your hard earned cash for Viagra when you can get Kamagra much cheaper and works in exactly the same way.

Never seen as much rubbish in a thread.
Kamagra and Viagra are the same substance. You can get it as gel or a tab either work the same.
There is also generic cialis too which is great if you are going on holiday.
I use it on holiday at Clubs or occasions where I am performing in front of others and it just feels like "insurance"

I dont think so no, but theres a lot of pressure put on men to perform in this game
I swung with my ex for years before we split and he just couldnt stay hard with a condom on, and we played at home using them and everything, to try and see if we could sort it but as soon as he put one on he just went soft again, so the only way he could use condoms was with viagra, so we used to buy them
And lots of other guys have the same problems |

That's what most folk say about E too. Trouble is, by the time you get ill effects, it may well be too late. |

Peakcouple aren't talking about Viagra, they're talking about Kamagra. As far as I know no high street pharmacy sells Kamagra so all sales are essentially black-market. In such circumstance you have no way of knowing what you're taking - just like ecstacy. |

And it's perfectly possible the Kamagra in question isn't made by Ajanta Pharma either.
Just 'cos it says Ajanta on the box and Ajanta on the foil/ bubble pack and Ajanta on the patient info sheet doesn't mean it's ever been anywhere near an Ajanta factory. |

I just love the way people talk about a "prescribed" drug like they are nothing.... if it was any other drug we were talking about i don't think people would be as blase about it....
remember why it is always worth seeing a doctor 1st before going near them......they do have side effects if not used or prescribed properly..... |

Even if used and prescribed properly ALL drugs can have side effects which your GP will take every care to minimise especially with regard to any other medications you may be taking or any underlying health issues you -the patient - may have.
For anyone to say 'here, these never did me any harm - why not try one' is asking for trouble. |

You are told specifically on the instructions (on the gel I bought anyway) not to use it with any alcohol.
I bought some of the pineapple Kamagra gel and found it really good, worked nice and smoothly and kept the wee fella hard for quite some time! It doesn't increase desire, it just increases the bloodflow. Take it with a pint or so of water and you should be good to go!
As the others have said though, it effects everyone in different ways. |

"...............

.... and that's the problem, isn't it?
Give/ sell someone a drug which goes on to kill them or cause a stroke and where does the blame lie? Is it their fault for taking it or the supplier's fault for giving them it?
If it were heroin or cocaine we were talking about there'd be no issue. Sympathy for the victim but absolute condemnation for the dealer. |

Thanks very much to everyone for their advice/experiences - both good and bad.
It's always good to have a discusion about these things, expecially when the results could possibly effect your health.
Having read everything here (and elsewhere), weighed up all the pro's and con's, with no underlying health problems and taking price and availibility into acount, we will be ordering some Kamagra gel to try at home first to see how it goes.
Many thanks again. |

what about the guy in a recent TV documentary who took more than 20 in an hour, he was arrested later for approaching women in the street asking them to shag him or he would burst.
Strangely enough one cute girl actually did give him her phone number and met him another night
Cant remember the name of the programme it was about a guy making a documentary about his ex's and why they had dumped him. |

I am a little shocked people will order something on line when your not 100% sure what it does. At best it affects your blood pressure and enables an erection but if you have problems see a doctor your playing with your health here and there have been numerous strokes attributed to self medication for this problem. |

I've used it before, mainly out of curiosity from stories i've heard. I just took half, and found that it does maintain it longer, you last longer and you can go again soon after. It doesent 'double' in size like some may say. You do get headaches tho. Makes you question whether its bad for you. |

If you suffer from hypertension (high blood pressure) you shouldn`t try ANY of these tablets in whatever form until you`ve seen your GP. Viagra, in particular, magnifys the effect of nitrate based blood pressure tablets, lowering the blood pressure to what can be fatal consequences. It`s the opening up of the blood vessels which give you the headaches and make your eyes so red you look like you`re an extra from a horror film. Because I`m on such medication and have an ED, I can only use Levitra as prescribed privately by my GP. |

We use sometimes when going to club...Have had mainly positive experiences except when against my advice he took two in one evening (about five hours apart) and passed out! It is a medicine and should be treated with respect. Would be interested to hear if any other women have tried and had blue vision...No other effects for me but was laughing all night because partners teeth looked all blue! |
