Personally I would always douch first, partly as then I relax more,but as this washes out the natural lube I would then suggest using a lube shooter to insert some inside.
You can get desensiting lubes but you have to be very careful with these as their not always compatible with all materials and can mean that if things are going wrong you don't realise your being damaged so quickly. |
