Hi all!
As you'll be able to see from our profile, we're a very new couple to this but we're eager to take the plunge.
That said - we're not sure about the best way to do it. We've chatted to some really nice couples on here and we have a potential first meet coming up soon, but in addition to this we're considering visiting some local clubs.
Would anyone on here recommend clubs as a first thing to do? Would any of you recommend against it? Which places would be best to try if we were going to do it?
As you'll probably expect, we've already asked these questions of the people we've already been chatting to on here... But we're curious to see what the wider community's opinion is too. Sometimes the wisdom of the crowd can throw curveballs!

Look at Xtasia on the clubs section here on Fabs. The club is relaxed, clothed and a disco-type place where you can stay dressed and chat, or walk around and watch others play, or if you want, go and play yourselves. Swinging with other people is easy to arrange after chatting but there is no pressure.
This saturday is the karaoke evening - if you like that sort of thing - which gives you something else to do if you are not quite ready to jump into sex immediately.

We went to a club before starting our FAB profile. After our second visit to the same club we decided to invite a man we had met there to join us for our first threesome.
Before that threesome,at our third visit to the same club (Cupids) we ventured into the couples room for the first time and had a spontaneous soft swap foursome.
All of the above did not involve searching for people on here or messaging people we had never met.
Couldn't imagine a better introduction to the swinging lifestyle.

Our experience isn't huge, but clubs are *GREAT* 
They are non-pressuring, non-pushy, friendly and welcoming, and you can watch (and talk) as much as you like without ever having to join in. You can play with other people, play together as a couple (privately or for others to see), or not play at all, as you wish.
You will almost certainly see some things that are very eye-opening!
We were given the suggestion to visit a club early on, and glad we did. We don't actually play that much on our club visits (and usually just ourselves as a couple when we do...) but we do have a lot of fun (even if it looks like we're rabbits caught in the headlights sometimes!)
We can personally recommend both of the clubs in Stoke-on-Trent as being very newbie-friendly indeed. |

Thanks for the responses guys!
We're probably going to try and go somewhere this coming Saturday night or next week on Friday.
We'll be looking at all the local listings and will try and find a night that suits us best.
This site is great by the way... We've had a really positive response from a lot of people and even had some very hot fun on cam we can't wait to dive in for real....

Hi there,
We are running the karaoke night at Xtasia on Saturday. Each time it gets better and it is a great atmousphere. The beauty about it is you can relax in the bar area and feel secure and safe. You can then choose what to do, stay with the karaoke or take a walk around the club. One thing to remember is that you can quite easily walk around the club and not be hassled and no always means no. Should you not feel comfortable enough to walk around stick with the karaoke for a bit (or all night if you can put up with us). You will not regret going as clubs are a very safe way of swinging. You are in a safe environment and you will find a great respectful bunch.
