love bites..good or bad?

I had a meet at the wknd and he was a bit happy with his mouth.. got a mark on my neck but luckily I managed to pull away before he left too big a mark..not happy.. Also he was a bit overzealous with my boobs, so now I have bruises..not good when im meeting a guy tonight.. Concealer will be my friend 
It didnt feel right going to meet someone else with bites on me.. whats your opinion? |

I'd have stopped him dead. I'm not a teenager. I don't like being marked/branded. And not happy with a stranger leaving bruises. |

Love being bitten and I love the marks too, as long as I can hide them for work. BUT I don't like guys who don't bother to ask if it's alright first and I certainly wouldn't bite anyone without asking.
I have no issues seeing marks on some one else but that might be because I like it myself, maybe bring the subject of biting up with the person you are seeing and see what their response is? If they don't like biting they may not like seeing marks on you? But then you could always explain that you aren't impressed yourself and won't be seeing that guy again? Or something like that. |

Hubby was given a massive 'hickey' on his neck from a single woman we met. Don't like them, especially when not done by me... Why would someone do that to somebody else's partner?  |

I let my husband fuck other girls but if he were to come home actually marked with hickeys i think id be actually kind of upset about that... its like literally leaving your mark on someone.. eww.. |

If he was a fb then I wouldnt have minded as much, but he didn't ask if it was ok.. I am all for a bit of biting etc but I wouldnt dream of marking anyone unless they asked me too   |

I must admit I love my neck being sucked (and kissed) at the right spot. Generally Hex doesn't leave a mark but either I've got one mega suction mouth or Hex is really easy to mark as he gets them right away

I bruise and mark easily due to being a haemophilia carrier so most sexual encounters leave some form of marks. I can't help it and most men are mortified by how easy I bruise. It's the norm for me though so no issue  |

Not since the age of 17 when my boyfriend left a whopping great one on my neck.
Someone mentioned toothpaste as a treatment so in the height of summer I went round with a large dawb of colgate and a big ol' scarf.
The toothpaste didn't work. |

I actually have a bit of a fetish with biting and being bitten and love seeing the marks left on me as a sign of submission. I do hide them well with make up afterwards though as I can understand why most don't like them! |

I bruise and mark really easily so I've been left with marks before...including a massive one on the inside of my arm, of all places.
Hickeys a huge no though, much too teenage for me. |

I think they are horrible. The person doing them is probably very possessive and trying to make some stupid immature point that the other person belongs to them, especially if they do it in a visible place. Yuckkkkkkk. |
