Hi.i just wondered how you guys spot a fake profile easily ?? I've realised that even profiles with veris can be fake... Just makes you realise you don't know who you're talking to!! |

Yes there are alot of fakes on here. Easy to spot when you have been here a while. Alot of fantasists as well. Love the idea of swinging but bottle it at the last moment. My advice would be do not rely on here for meets. Clubs and socials everytime. At least they are real people. |

Yes loads of fake profiles on the site, especially the ones with hot pic and as well if the profile sounds to good to be true, like the ones I am a cum slut lol  |

I must have been extremely lucky in my choices, in all the social and play meets I have arranged since having a single profile I have only been let down once - and they have all been arranged 1-1 after chatting for a while by PM. To be fair tho, I don't meet anyone, even socially, without chatting for a while first so I guess if some of the guys I've chatted to are fakes they probably got fed up early and gave up!! |

We block all profile listed as 6 months or over with no meets, they are either fakes or will never meet!
We do not meet anyone with hidden veri's unless we have met at a social or a club.
We check back through veris to see if the person doing the verification has met anyone but the person they have verified, it is easy to set up fake profiles and self verify.
Search photos on google see if they have been stolen, we find a few profiles with pics from porn sites!
If you can prove someone is fake report to admin, we report loads of profiles each month.
If they are unverified arrange a web chat or phone chat early on, fakes will disappear at this point.

My fave faker was with someone who after chatting for ages finally sent me their piccy. Turned out it was the lovely Kiera Knightly from Pirates of the Caribbean etc.Sadly it actually wasn't (amazingly). |

I've found lots of fakes through Google search, and like the op said, verifications that show the people have only met each other, and more often than not, you can't look at profile as it's hidden |

I too would like to know how to spot them. Are there any fake guys on here though? Suppose they might have fake pics. I've tried image search and never got it to work, even used my own pics! |

I always ask to speak on Skype but even that some try and fake by using another person's video! I ask them to do something specific, this also applies to photos on Kik and Whatsapp |

I got hassled by this "Fake-Chaser" couple for a face pic (No, they didn't have any!) which I found pretty paranoid as I neither meet through the internet nor am I bi!

I have heard this but still don't understand how people fake these and how you (or others) realised that these were fake
Yes, I know how someone can fake maybe one or two verifications by setting up various accounts and using different IP addresses from different locations
But how does one fake, say 20 verifications, in the past 6 months, from 20 different accounts, IP addresses and locations? Suppose that too could be done but it would require a huge amount of effort
I do look for verifications as someone with none and who has been on this site for 6 months could mean one of the two things. Nobody wants to meet them or write a verification for them after they have met them; or that it is a fake profile
I insist on speaking on Skype webcam. One, unless completely stupid, can figure out within a minute if the video is a recording or a live person |

Grammatical errors lol constant use of "I" and "she's out" week after week.
Also reverse image search on tiny eye and if someone cannot get photo verified then it's not lazy in our minds.... its a walking lying penis |

Its the only ay live cam interaction clothes on and waving or hand gestures to show its live. It still doesn't mean their circumstances and other bits are genuine. |

The reverse image search can work. I recently caught a 'female' out with this as the photos was from an ebay ad! She then had the audacity to come back and challenge me!
As regards profiles with loads of veris which are fake, not sure we can do much about but to be honest not sure what purpose they serve to anyone! |

Here is a comment which may be a bit controversial. text talk - limited to males or females as well.
For some reason, and not sure why, I always get dubious of responses from 'females' where the grammar is horrific and text speak. I know this sounds terribly sexist but most genuine females I have spoken to on here are able to construct a sentence. I always think those who cant are a guy pretending to be a female. |

I know loads of men and women that use text speak. I hate it and most people use it because they are using fab app on mobile like myself but I don't like to use text speak it's very lazy and the person with which you are communicating comes across as uneducated and very lazy.....
Just the other day I was chatting on line and all his messages were text speak and I told him I don't like it but he continued with it apart from that he was my ideal man......fit tall hot looking ie stripper for Dream Boys

Or perhaps the gentleman who said cant.....? My phone uses predictive text and usually puts apostrophes in for me. These days I just assume it will but very rarely it doesn't and I don't notice. Still not text speak though, just a typing error. |

I tend to get very sceptical about profiles that seem too good to be true and find they usually are it's an old adage but still a good one, I also find a lot of new profiles pop up with young girls 3 pics straight away all of which scream out 'f@cebook' as though somebody has just copied them over |
