The advice will be the same as all of the other 'help me' threads. Why not check in with them and see what you can do.
Show you're willing to try and improve it for yourself instead of being spoonfed the answers which invariably go ignored. |

the shouty caps can probably go...i would delete without reading further the minute i saw shouty caps! i think they seem unnecessarily aggressive and rude even if that is not the intention |
