Kamagra etc are all said to be the same drug. Best is to pop along to one of the pharmacies who can help you privately.
They will run health checks on you -and thats for your own benefit so for what it costs (prices vary so shop around) it has to be worthwhile to get it legally. |

My hubby uses Cialis now and then and it's incredible!!!
Once aroused he will stay hard as a rock until he cums.
Stroke him 5 minutes later and rock hard again.
Just half a tablet will have those results for up to 3 days!!!!
No embarrassing erections, unless you're constantly thinking naughty thoughts!!!! |

Just be careful with your health... one of my partners had to take it for a few weeks and was under close medical supervision due to other medications and health problems.
If you can't get it from your GP (it's not hard to get if you actually need it) then you probably shouldn't have it. |

Pfizer's patent expired on Viagra in 2013 as a result NHS GPs can now prescribe Sildenafil which is the generic name for the medication. Generic sildenafil is a fraction of the cost of the branded Viagra and just as effective. The only difference is the tablet will be a different shape and the brand will be something other than Pfizer. |

So is viagra and sildenafil exactly the same? Branded Viagra also seemed to give me a harder erection or is it all in the mind? Have taken cialis too which is supposed to last much longer in your system i.e. up to 2 days as opposed to 4-5 hours for viagra. Get mine from dr fox on the net |

Viagra is sildenafil. Until last year the only form of sildenafil that could legally be supplied in the UK was the branded Viagra. Pfizer's patent expired in this country and much of Europe last year leaving the market free to supply generic sildenafil at a fraction of the price of Viagra.
The basic answer to your question is ......
Viagra is sildenafil. If you get any brand of sildenafil from a UK pharmacy you are guaranteed to get the genuine medicine.
It's a bit like buying Panadol at £3.00 a box or paracetamol from a supermarket for 20p. They are the same thing. |

Sildenafil is the active substance used,it relax's the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into your penis when sexually aroused.. 25/50 or 100mg tablets. .check out the do's and dont's before taking..Widely available from pub/club/street/dr/online etc...On private prescription my understanding is the cost for 4 Viagra x 100mg is around £50. shop around, kamagra much cheaper... also be careful with advice from (experts!) on here, most of it is misinformation and much scaremongering.. |

I used Dr Thom online and it was a great service. I had to complete an online questionnaire, after which one of their doctors checked my answers and prescribed what he/she thought was most suitable. After paying, I was able to collect from the nearest Lloyds Pharmacy, no questions asked. |

As already stated, 'Viagra' is the brand name - Sildenafil is the actual drug. The Pfizer patent has expired, so you can buy Generic Sildenafil.
Already lots of threads about this.... but... I use Dr Fox. Simple, good value, all on line. Tabs a few days later.
I buy 50mg's then used half or 1 as reqd. Half is enough.... |

Legit and on line don't go together its a prescription drug and more likely most of the stuff sold on line isn't the real thing. If you really need it go to your doc its the best option. |

Yet again some folk think popping a tab id cure all facr lt is in uk viagra is prescription only and for a reason.
Meant for folk with erectile dysfuntion issues which in the main is caused by psychological problems.
Nowt wrong taking them on this basis but folk who take without medical need are taking unwarranted risks with their health another example of drug culture there is going on
Clearly not just kids that are stupid. |

male half takes cialis on prescription. the Dr quoted some research last time she upped the dosage. that it works best if a smaller dose be taken daily, but good ole NHS will only supply 4 tabs per month. so he quarters the 20 mg tablets and takes 1/4 every two days.
works a treat

Give us a clue then? I get 8 Sildnafil from my GP for £6. Not sure if this is common or a mistake on the pharmacys part. But half a tablet gives me a headache for a while. Fancy giving Sildamax a go |

Unfortunately, Sildenafil, or other similar drugs, can only be prescribed on a NHS prescription by your GP if you meet the very black and white indications in the British National Formulary.
You can also obtain a prescription from your GP if a hospital specialist confirms that you would benefit from the drug e.g. psychiatrist, urologist, cardiologist etc. It's then prescribed as an 'SLS' prescription and can be issued as a GP prescription although they tend to assume that you only have intercourse a couple of times a month.
Private prescriptions can be obtained from most GPs or from medical on-line prescribing sites where your medical history is reviewed by a doctor; as with any drug there are side effects that range from the mild to the catostrophic, so be honest if you go down this route.
On-line Kamagra, gels, female 'viagra' may contain some active ingredient but may also contain quite a lot of stuff that should not be there and may present a potentially very significant risk to health.
Female 'viagra' does not work; Pfizer did an awful lot of research hoping that it would demonstrate an effect, and therefore, increase their earnings. But it didn't and was never marketed.

Sildamax is another Kamagra variation; you will not know what is in the tablet.
See my post above.

The Sildenafil I have got from Dr Fox online are made by Sandoz, and are exactly as you would expect any Pharmacy tablets to be - in a proper box, with instructions and warnings.
Personally I would not want to take something which wasn't like that.... |

We take unwarranted risks most days with the food we eat (check out the chemicals) the cigarettes we may smoke, the pints we have on a fri eve,not forgetting the aspirin, paracetamol caffeine etc..mind altering/mood altering, you will be telling me not to swallow semen next...have fun with your squeaky clean/drug free lifestyle, but allow us 'stupid' people to make choices.. |

That might be difficult on this site!
is Viagra safe when you have High Blood pressure?
might speak to my GP and see what he says ... but I am on so mnay meds not sure I want more pills "
Viagra(sildekanil) is a vasodilator and so reduces blood pressure but can cause serious complications if you are on other BP meds- so ask your GP about drug interactions- I had to stop using my GTN spray to get a prescription for viagra |
