I do use the term vanilla, purely in a manner to name something that isnt necessarily kinky sex.
So if someone were to say want to meet and cuddle and have sex in the missionary position - that I would describe as vanilla.

I use the term vanilla but not to patronise at all. I use it in the context that we have swinging friends, who we can discuss anything with and vanilla friends who we could never dare tell that we swing. Not meaning their sex lives aren't great, they just choose not to share
But have just Googled it and it says sex that involves no twists or kinkiest and no S&M and often refers to the missionary position so seems I have had it wrong all this time |
