You can't do that until you are verified by someone else on the site that are verified themselves.....not just photo verified with the little green flag but verified by a phone call,web cam or meet which gives a profile a little tick  |

you wont be able to leave a message until you are verified and got a green tick on your profile... and you can only get this by meeting somebody who is verfied or by cam or phone but the same applys
