Ok - it can be done with patience. She'll need to be very relaxed and turned on for starters. Try massaging the area with oil first. Use toys - small first then gradually getting bigger. Is the problem girth or length?
Length can easily be controlled by only allowing partial penetration (use a position where she is in control).
