If I block somebody, can they still view the nessages and (more importantly) the photos I've attached to the messages?

Yes, but they can't reply. If you want to remove pics from a message, delete them from your account and re-upload them

I think you missed the sarcasm!! Pic collectors ask for pics, that's always a tell tale sign!
