I've been on here for 5 months so far and I'm having no luck what so ever, any advice how I can get my luck up and start meeting people?

There's no luck involved, success through this website is directly related to how much effort you put into your profile, attracting people, networking etc.

Best advice I can give you is, put the hours in, message concisely but precisely, be yourself not who you think the person is looking for, and lose that pic with your socks and video game gear in.

well I would go out, but the major problem with that is all of my circle of friends don't go out to town and drink or anything and most of them don't have id anyway so that opinion is out the window completely

Neither is having a profile that's hidden that's going to get you now where, I've been on for over a year and havent had any luck myself but I just keep my head down and keep messaging away in the hope something happens.

It's just hit and miss sometimes you're on fire and saying all the right things others you are lost in the woods though I feel your pain sometimes it's frustrating especially when you've read a profile and constructed (in your opinion) a good message that's taken in to account the individual and what they have said only to see it deleted in seconds

My "advice", if it's worth anything.. is to write messages to forums, or even directly to those catching your eye, but not because you want to get laid, but because it's just amusing to write the messages In the first place.

If you're at least enjoying the chase, maybe the time it takes arrange a meet won't feel so long..and someone who is fun is always attractive to someone somewhere .

Just try to have a little fun, that's really what fan's about, well I think so anyway
