Music is great... as is an early night.. sleep can work wonders...

As a big rugby league fan, indulging in my passion is also something I would look to do

I hope things are looking up soon x

I eat sweet stuff and have a tendency to bottle things up. I'll willingly help or try to help others but Im not good at accepting the same when it's offered to me

I like my own company and my headphones with some good music playing through them, and a long walk!

Always blows away the cobwebs and makes me feel 100% better

I usually go to music and a nice bottle of red. Doesn't make the problem go away but I can forget about it for a while.

I take myself off for a walk etc and then a chat with a close friend can usually help me see light at the end of the tunnel. Xx

Usually getting my bike out early morning, turning my phone of and going for a long ride helps most things for me.

Me. The hubby use my wicked sense of humour to deal with shitty times. I always try to remain upbeat. 2 redundancies will do that to you.

Look at YouTube and concentrate on all the fails videos. There is nothing better than shadenfreude to lift your mood.

Living in Cyprus currently - scuba diving or kite surfing. Can't think of anything else while doing those.

Good luck.

Gym cloths on, headphones in music full blast go to my little corner in the gym and work out like a mad women. I get so wrapped up in my own little routine I forget negative things taking over.

Depends on what caused the shitty mood and what mood I was in previously.

Sometimes it is bash the shit out of a punch bag. Or running. The endorphin release at the end makes it worthwhile.

Other times I cross stitch or read tarot cards. Just shut the world out, and ignore everything.

I must be wierd. I don't have a go to place. I tend to just be miserable whilst getting on with stuff I need to do.

I tend to cook a lot. I find banging the pots and pans about and making things from scratch therapeutic.
