Look up the meetup app. It's on the android play store and the iThing app store, I'd hazard a guess there's a olde skool website too. Basically it lists events in your area for a whole range of activities. I'm in Leeds and there are regular meets for sci-fi, fantasy, knitting, book clubs, ramblers, role players, beer lovers etc etc etc. Find a few that sound interesting. Tag along, I can guarantee you'll find new people to get along with. Don't worry about trying to fuck anyone, just go along to make friends. The more friends you have, the more mutual friends you have who might be a potential partner/hookup/fuckbuddy/whatever. But if you don't get out there and take that first step then you'll never know. | |||
