I've only recently got a laptop with a 'cam' and ventured into the chatroom, very nervously....
Can someone tell me, could I be recorded if I am in there with the cam on and also if I 'block' someone does it mean they immediately lose visibility of my cam?

if ya block someone you blocked em dont think they can see your cam and no you shouldnt be recorded but.....who knows what ppl do sat behind their comp hun. |

if you block someone in chat they cant see your cam and you cant see what they writing when i think about it now not sure if they can see what you write tho may have to block someone to find out lol |

cams can be recorded its quite easy to do actually
in the old chat room if you block someone they can not view your cam but in the new beta chat room cams can still be views if you black someone |

CAms can very easily be recorded.... and if you trawl the internet for porn, you will find loads of "webcam" clips..... and I have a feeling that lots of the ladies on the other end didnt know they were being recorded.!!!
Simple rule.... if you arent happy with a world-wide audience of "one handed surfers" watching you... then dont do anything on cam!!! |

as much i can understand this but if you are that nervous about camming shouldn't you not do it, if you are scared someone will film it
i venture into the cam room often and im not bothered who sees what
