He seemed ok when i spoke to him on the phone, and i'd already told him about having a few bad experiences lately with other meets and timewasters. I'm guessing that something more than just bad sex or incompatibility was up. Inform fab after a chance to unwind and reflect. I might be reading this wrong or you might not be telling the full story of what happened because your so upset but if it was a bad meet because you didn't cum and he did and left early I guess a lot of women would be phoning the police

Can understand why you were disappointed, I'd be fucking furious. But it's not really reportable.

Guessing by the fact the OP was asking about reporting him that he is a fab member.
Its a shit shag, you are as in control of what happens as he was.
