They are the little arrows that you use shift for, that are on the comma and full stop keys."

ask in the room and someone will tell ya how to whisper but what you do is put the persons name in between the lesser than greater than brackets which are on the right of the M key then message after. Dont forget the brackets tho otherwise whole room will see |
