If its travelodge or premiere inn a majority of them you dont need to pass reception to get to rooms they have stairs and lifts in foyer.
If they have to pass reception just tell them to walk in as if thay are guests staying there and meet them and take to room. The recrptionists very rarely know whether people are guests or visitors anyway as people come and go all the time. |

Though they are not likely to question a single guest or often not even notice. |

I always ask for the room number and brazenly walk in with a pleasant Hello to the receptionist then knock on the relevant door. Rather more awkward, however, is the walk of shame afterwards. But again, nonchalantly walk out add of its normal. Bit difficult at 3 am but manageable with a good amount of self esteem. Enjoy! |

"My Fb and I are off to Cardiff on friday and want to arrange a threesome in our hotel room.
How do we get our 'guest' past reception?"
Some of the city centre hotels are funny at weekends and take all names and won't let unlisted guests in |

There's a few hotels I've been in where I'm convinced the bouncers/security men thought I was a prostitute when leaving in the middle of the night. They never looked very surprised by it though so just style it out! |

The amount of hotels I have been to are literally countless. As it's reasonably difficult to meet single women, the majority have been with couples. Whether it is walking in with them, or meeting them in the room, I have never been stopped by reception, ever.
I am taking literally in the hundreds. |

It's only the large city centre hotels I've ever seen a problem. Places like Manchester Newcastle Bham Ect
It's to stop people randomly in and out of the hotel I guess |
